  • What if there is a delay in product delivery?

  • What if my ordered product is not available?

Answer: We try our best to serve all our customers with their demand, but if at any time we are not able to deliver your order we give you an option of full refund or selection of any other product.

  • How will you deliver my order?

Answer: All products shipped via well-known shipping firms like Fed-ex, Bluedart.

  • Is my order insured?

Answer: Yes, your order is fully insured till it reaches you.

  • How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order is shipped you will be given a tracking id which you can track for your order update.

  • What if I am unavailable at the time of order delivery?

Answer: The courier company will try to attempt delivery of your order for three times. If still the recipient is unavailable, then it is sent to our office in Mumbai.

  • How can I change my delivery address?

Answer: You can change your delivery address by log in to your account and click on “change address link” This link is inactive once the order is shipped. Changing of address once the order is shipped is not possible.
